• Can I view this on my mobile device?

• Why system requirements are required?
  This presentation requires high-speed internet and should always be viewed full screen on a landscape oriented screen. The recommended screen resolution is 1680 X 1050. Google Earth requires the a minimum system requirements to operate, click Google Earth system requirements to find out what they are.
• How do I install Google Earth? 
  1. Go to Google Earth's download center and select "Agree and Download"
  2. Save the file to your desktop
  3. Double click on the downloaded *.exe file
  4. Select "Run" to start the set-up process
  
• How do I update my computers Flash Player
  1. Close Google Earth
  2. Click here to update your Flash Player. Windows users, for Step 2 select Flash Player for Other Browsers even if you are using Internet Explorer.
  3. Restart Google Earth
• How do I download the presentation? 
  
  Click here to download.
  This presentation is live, as we update the presentation you will see those updates! No need to download more than once.
• How do I open the presentation in Google Earth?  
  
  If you don't have Google Earth installed please do that now. If you have Google Earth installed follow one of the methods below.
  
  1. Double-click on the presentation file it will automatically start up Google Earth and open the presentation.
  
  2. Open Google Earth. Select File > Open, navigate to the downloaded presentation file GreatPantherSilverLimited.kmz, select it and press open.
• How do I access the presentation again? 
  Once you have downloaded the presentation once you will not need to again. When exiting Google Earth after you have explored Great Panther's Google Earth Presentation for the first time the program will ask if you would like to save to your "My Places" folder or discard. If you select 'save' , just open Google Earth and the presentation will load automatically. If you selected 'discard' simply find the downloaded "GreatPantherSilverLimited.kmz file and open it again, selecting save to your "My Places" folder upon exiting.
  
  If your not sure if you saved or discarded open Google Earth and look for the presentation under your "My Places" in the Table of Contents / Places sidebar. You should see one of the images below:
  
  
• I opened Google Earth and the presentation hasn't loaded.
  If it is your first time looking at the presentation you need to download and open the presentation file otherwise look at the above FAQ topic "How do I access the presentation again?"
  
  If our presentation reading "Loading Please be Patient" is in your "My Places" in the Table of Contents / Places sidebar and the file hasn't loaded after 5 minutes please contact - restart the program and try again. If the presentation still has not loaded contact googleearth@greatpanther.com.

• How long do I need to wait for the presentation to load in Google Earth?
  This presentation requires a high-speed internet connection to run. Once opened in Google Earth the presentation may take 1 - 5 minutes for initial loading - depending on your internet connection.

• I'm overwhelmed. Where do I start?
  If you haven't already, watch the instructional videos available under Presentation Information in the Table of Contents / Places side bar. We also have guided tours available in the Table of Contents / Places sidebar. Select "Full Property Tour" to start a guided tour to start.

  If this window did not open select Presentation Information from the Table of Contents/Places Pane
  
  
• The videos won't play / I get an error message for Flash
  
  You need to update your computer's Flash Player.
  1. Close Google Earth

• How do I navigate? 
  Watch our Navigation instructional video found in the initial information window. This page can be opened by selecting Presentation Information from the Table of Contents/Places Pane
  
  
• I can't find my Table of Contents / Places sidebar
  In the toolbar in Google Earth Select View and ensure Sidebar is checked.
• How do I close the tours?
  Move your mouse over the Google Earth program. At the bottom of the screen a bar will appear, click the white 'x' to close (see below image)
  
  
• I want to replay the tour. Do I still need to close the tour?
  If you would like to watch the same tour again, rather than closing the tour as it indicates simply press play.
• How do I close the drill results?
  Click on the Exit Photo button at the top of your screen in the display window.
• Items on my screen are difficult to read and/or blurry.
  This presentation should always be viewed full screen on a landscape oriented screen. The recommended screen resolution is 1680 X 1050. Viewing this presentation at a lower resolution may result in overlapping items.
• I'm stuck on the ground. How do I exit Street View?
  Click on the Exit ground-level view or Exit Street View button at the top of your screen in the display window. (see below image)
  
  
• I see a red 'x' on my screen
  An image is not displaying properly. To avoid this in the future and provide you the best viewing experience please take a screenshot (Print Screen). Send the image to googleearth@greatpanther.com
• The tour information is difficult to read.
  This presentation should always be viewed full screen on a landscape oriented screen. The recommended screen resolution is 1680 X 1050. Viewing this presentation at a lower resolution may result in overlapping items.
• The program appears to pause and/or take a long time to load
  Restart the program. Google Earth requires a high-speed internet and a minimum system requirements to operate. See Google Earth system requirements.

Exiting

• Do I need to save this file to "My Places" folder when closing Google Earth?
  Yes. By saving it to your "My Places" folder, next time you open Google Earth the program will automatically open Great Panther's most recent presentation.
