- BOARD COMMITTEES -

Great Panther's Board of Directors has three standing committees: the Audit Committee; the Compensation Committee; and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

The current members of each of the Committees are: John T. Kopcheff, Malcolm A. Burne and Martin Carsky, who are the independent directors of the Company. Martin Carsky is Chairman of the Audit Committee; John T. Kopcheff is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and Malcolm A. Burne is Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
